Kathy is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida (via telehealth), dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and expertise. She is a proud member of the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) and the American Counseling Association (ACA).
With a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, Kathy creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. She has specialized training in anxiety treatment, grief, and loss, equipping her with the skills to help clients find healing and resilience.
Before becoming a therapist, Kathy worked as an educator, fostering a deep understanding of the challenges children and families face. She began her counseling career as a mobile therapist and behavioral specialist, working closely with children and their families. She later transitioned into outpatient therapy, supporting clients in both community mental health and private practice settings.
Kathy is passionate about helping individuals from diverse backgrounds find balance and fulfillment in their lives. She believes that genuine connection and collaboration are key to creating meaningful change.
When she’s not working, Kathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, sipping a great cup of coffee, staying active, traveling, and snuggling up with her beloved dog.
