Lillian Beach is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist who earned her Masters of Professional Studies in art therapy from School of Visual Arts in NYC. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and eating disorders.
In her work with her clients, Lillian utilizes a person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral approach to collaborate with her clients to identify therapeutic goals and a practical and compassionate approach to treatment. Lillian offers art therapy as optional tool within each client's therapuetic work as an additional method for exploring one's thoughts and emotions. and self-expression.
