I’m Felicity, a licensed therapist with experience working in diverse settings,from high school to community mental health. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients from adolescence to older adulthood and from various cultural backgrounds. My expertise lies in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and the lasting effects of trauma. This includes sexual violence, intimate partner violence, childhood trauma, religious trauma, and narcissistic abuse.

 

In addition to individual therapy, I also specialize in couples therapy and am trained in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I help partners navigate relational challenges, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional connection.

 

I have a particular passion for supporting adult children of emotionally immature parents and adult children of immigrants as they explore the complexities of their personal and cultural identities. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, offering a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can share their stories and feel deeply understood. I blend techniques from mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gestalt therapy, and the Gottman Method, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients.
