Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Delaware Valley University. She is also a National Certified Counselor through the NBCC. Throughout her career, Heather has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with varying diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, acute stress disorder, ADHD, ASD, adjustment disorder, and trauma. 

 

Heather’s therapeutic approach includes person-centered therapy, while also integrating other modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, feminist therapy, and multicultural therapy. Additionally, her focus is social justice community counseling and working with traditionally marginalized individuals and families. Heather strives to create a non-judgmental safe space, and a trusting therapeutic alliance, as a foundation to therapy.
