Caroline Swantkoski is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in issues related to behavioral issues, family conflict, relationship problems, marital discord, intimacy issues, parenting issues, life transitions/adjustments, stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Caroline has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couples/marital, and family therapy.
Caroline earned her Masters Degree from Holy Family University in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. Caroline is licensed as a marriage and family therapist in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has worked in a variety of therapeutic settings such as inpatient/residential, outpatient/private practice, and community mental health agencies. Caroline has extensive experience and training providing intensive in-home therapy to families of children struggling with emotional and behavioral difficulties. She is a clinical member for the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
Caroline strives to create a genuine, collaborative, and non-judgmental atmosphere in therapy. Caroline has a passion for her clinical work and believes in the innate strength and resiliency of people. She uses an integrative approach to therapy tailored to meet each client’s needs and goals; including a variety of marital/family system approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths based, and solution focused.
